The PBEEE Scholarship programs for 2024 are intended for international students who intend to begin or continue their studies or research in Quebec (and who possess a work permit or study visa).
International students who want to start or continue their studies or research activities in Quebec-based Canadian universities are eligible to apply for annual grants of up to $35,000.
The goal of the PBEEE Scholarship is to draw exceptional researchers and students from outside to Quebec, Canada.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the 2024 PBEEE Scholarship in Canada, you must:
Must not be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada;
Must not have made an application for permanent residence under Canadian immigration law;
Must be recommended by a professor (thesis supervisor) or supervisor.
Must be applying to commence a graduate degree at any of the participating universities.
Benefits
Master: $20,000/year (max. 2 years).
Doctorate: $25,000/year (max. 3 years).
Short-term research project or professional development: $3,000/month (max. 4 months).

Apply to any of the Universities below for a graduate degree.
Contact a professor you would like to supervise you from the department.
The professor would recommend you for the PBEEE Merit Scholarship before the school’s deadline.
The shortlisted candidates will then be invited to submit an application for a scholarship.
