Overview

Mandarin Consulting International Ltd is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Mandarin and English) Sales Intern for a 5-month program, with the potential for a permanent Account Executive position and UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing career coaching and consultancy firm that serves clients in the UK, China, and the US.


Responsibilities

General Duties:

  • Generate leads through content marketing on various platforms and channels.

  • Assist with career talks, online and offline seminars.

  • Provide career consultations to students and parents.

  • Explain the company’s coaching programs and guide clients in choosing a coach.

  • Manage induction for new clients and provide after-sales customer service.

  • Report on customer feedback and record lead generation and sales.

  • Address and escalate complaints or issues to management.

Daily Duties:

  • Cultivate potential clients on Chinese internet platforms and social networking sites.

  • Design and circulate marketing messages to attract leads.

  • Arrange and attend consultative sales meetings with potential clients.

  • Handle follow-up meetings, discussing needs and objections.

  • Conduct meetings to finalize sales and brief the program management team on new clients' requirements.


Requirements

Essential:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or above from a recognized university.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities in both English and Mandarin.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Sales Orientation: Enthusiastic, target-driven, and motivated to pursue a career in Sales.

  • Social Media Experience: Familiarity with platforms such as WeChat.

  • Experience in customer service or sales environment.

  • Adaptability to learn and effectively communicate the company's programs.

  • Client-focused with attention to detail and creativity.

  • Proactive in identifying business growth opportunities.

  • Resilience and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.

Schedule

  • Hours: 20 – 34 per week

  • Days: Monday to Friday


Additional Pay

  • Bonus scheme

  • Commission pay
