What You'll Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, your daily tasks will be dynamic and varied. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Customers: You'll focus on resolving ticket requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our customers have the solutions they need.

  • Enriching Documentation: You'll contribute to the creation and refinement of onboarding materials, FAQs, and problem-solving documentation.

  • Driving Campaigns: Engage in campaigns that reach multiple customers through digital channels, boosting engagement and satisfaction.

  • Identifying Customer Potential: Assess newly onboarded users to identify both high-potential and high-risk customers.

  • Onboarding: Introduce new customers to our products and support processes, which include Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Support to create and implement engagement plans tailored to meet customer objectives.

  • Customer Feedback: Collect and format feedback from customers to be reviewed by our product team, ensuring we continuously improve our offerings.


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Customer-Focused: You should have experience interacting directly with customers, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to assist others.

  • Tech-Savvy: A passion for technology, particularly infrastructure and Ubuntu, is crucial.

  • Excellent Communicators: Strong presentation skills and the ability to organize and update documentation efficiently.

  • Team Players: You must be adept at collaborating with various internal departments to achieve shared goals.

Additional Skills

If you can speak multiple languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian, in addition to English, we would greatly value your multilingual capabilities!
