Job Description
International Recruitment:
Creation and publishing of job ads
Monitoring of performing advertising channels
Headhunting candidates using Linkedin in Recruiter
Prescreening of candidates
Arranging Recruitment meetings
Conducting recruitment
Respons to candidates
Project tasks:
Improvements to global recruitment process
Improvements and maintenance of our recruitment web pages
Set up of team in South Africa
Qualifications
Person eager to learn and is a fast learner
Great communication skills in written and spoken English (no need to speak Finnish)
You want to develop your career to become HR Specialist
