A company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Insights Analyst to join their team, as a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and providing valuable insights to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze customer data from various sources
Use data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and R to extract meaningful insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical solutions
Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns
Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
Assist in the design and implementation of customer surveys and feedback mechanisms
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and R
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with database design and SQL server management
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics
Proven experience in customer analytics or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
