Join Our Team
As an intern, you'll be part of our series-expansion team, working closely with a skilled group of ML engineers led by Victor Saillant. Your role will focus on enhancing our drug discovery pipeline through advanced machine learning techniques.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Research and Implementation: Conduct in-depth literature reviews and implement machine learning models for molecular generation.
Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate models on both public and proprietary datasets.
Project Focus: Address the challenge of molecule generation conditioned on proteins, exploring diffusion models on graphs and possibly auto-regressive models.
Ideal Candidate
Academic Background: Master’s or PhD student in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
Machine Learning Passion: Deep interest in machine learning and keeping up with the latest developments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
Mathematical and Statistical Knowledge: Ability to understand and critically assess research papers in the field.
Curiosity and Collaboration: Eagerness to learn from a diverse team and apply machine learning in the context of biology and chemistry.
Nice to Have:
Experience in representation learning and generative modeling.
Interest in complex data types such as graphs, point clouds, and text.
Background knowledge in biology, chemistry, or chemoinformatics.
