Join Our Team

As an intern, you'll be part of our series-expansion team, working closely with a skilled group of ML engineers led by Victor Saillant. Your role will focus on enhancing our drug discovery pipeline through advanced machine learning techniques.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Research and Implementation: Conduct in-depth literature reviews and implement machine learning models for molecular generation.

  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate models on both public and proprietary datasets.

  • Project Focus: Address the challenge of molecule generation conditioned on proteins, exploring diffusion models on graphs and possibly auto-regressive models.


Ideal Candidate

  • Academic Background: Master’s or PhD student in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.

  • Machine Learning Passion: Deep interest in machine learning and keeping up with the latest developments.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.

  • Mathematical and Statistical Knowledge: Ability to understand and critically assess research papers in the field.

  • Curiosity and Collaboration: Eagerness to learn from a diverse team and apply machine learning in the context of biology and chemistry.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in representation learning and generative modeling.

  • Interest in complex data types such as graphs, point clouds, and text.

  • Background knowledge in biology, chemistry, or chemoinformatics.
