Qualifications
Excellent university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. finance, science, mathematics, statistics, economics or related)
Passion for trading, global markets and technology
Understanding of financial products
Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
Attention to detail, ability to deliver and iterate under pressure and attracted by a fast-paced environment and volatile markets
Experience from internships in the area of banking, proprietary trading or market making and/or asset management
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and an affinity for development languages (preferably SQL and Python). Programming experience is a strong plus
Collaborative team player to be part of our trading desk
Excellent English communication skills
