Accountabilities:
Sourcing new nursing candidates through a variety of techniques including headhunting through linkedin, referrals, the internal CRM applications such as Bull Horn
Have an understanding of how to use social media to attract candidates such as Facebook
Have knowledge in the use of job portals such as CV library, Total jobs ect
understand how to use affiliate marketing to attract new clients and suppliers
Email marketing
Responsible to clients and candidates
Responsible for day-to-day decision making for your desk.
Main duties:
Sourcing candidates
Working to a pre-defined list of KPIs to bring on new clients
Registering new candidates and accurately placing their details onto the company database
You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
Keeping and maintaining accurate and compliant client and Candidate records
Making permanent staff and temporary worker placements in line with company targets
Making outbound, proactive sales calls to prospective companies to generate new business
Taking client booking requirements accurately over the phone and face to face,

We are looking for the following skillset:
Strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities or demonstrate a transferrable skillset with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Flexible and hardworking with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree
Working Hours (UK time)
9.00am to 5.00pm GMT
