Join Our Growing APAC Team

We're seeking a talented individual to join our expanding APAC Customer Success team.  This remote role offers the chance to engage with a diverse range of customers across the technology sector, including our store customers.  Your primary focus will be on Ubuntu, ensuring a seamless user experience through on boarding, problem-solving, enablement initiatives, and value realization.  You'll also collaborate with other teams and participate in campaigns to identify potential brand champions and connect with a wider audience.


A Day in the Life of a Junior CSM (APAC):

  • Champion Customer Success:  Find solutions to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Knowledge Builder:  Enrich documentation related to troubleshooting, FAQs, and on boarding materials.

  • Campaign Strategist:  Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to reach multiple customers.

  • Customer Advocate:  Identify high-potential and high-risk customers from new onboardees.

  • On boarding Expert:  Welcome new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes (including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Open Stack, Ceph, and more).

  • Collaborative Spirit:  Work with Sales and Support teams to craft engagement plans that meet customer objectives.

  • Risk Management Partner:  Proactively identify and address potential customer risks within your portfolio.

  • Voice of the Customer:  Collect customer feedback and prepare reports for product teams.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven customer-facing experience with a natural desire to help others.

  • Passion for technology, infrastructure, and a strong interest in Ubuntu.

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

  • Strong organizational skills with a talent for structuring and maintaining documentation.

  • Team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.


Bonus points for:

  • Fluency in a language other than English (Japanese and Korean are a plus!).
