Your Role as a Human Resources Intern
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work closely with our HR department to support a range of activities aimed at attracting and retaining top talent:
Campus Outreach: Collaborate with universities to connect with students, promote BlockDeliver’s mission, and identify potential recruits for our Blockchain club.
Talent Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with talent communities through various channels, including email, social recruiting, and more.
Event Planning: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of club events to engage with and attract talented individuals.
Recruitment Process: Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview formats, and assessment criteria. Help shape the recruiting process from start to finish.
Talent Sourcing: Evaluate which colleges and universities yield the best candidates based on our staffing needs.
Additional Duties: Contribute to various HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Skill Development
This internship will provide you with valuable experience in several areas:
Recruitment Expertise: Gain hands-on experience in attracting and recruiting talent, and managing relationships with educational institutions and talent communities.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Education: Currently enrolled in a university program with the ability to commit 20 hours per week.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
Passion for Networking: A strong interest in connecting with people and building professional networks.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities and tackling diverse tasks.
Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of authenticity and empathy.
