Role Overview

As a New Graduate HR Generalist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating HR activities across the APAC region. You will assist with various HR functions, from onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate HR records. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a keen interest in HR and the technology sector.


What Your Day Will Look Like

  • HR Support: Respond to team members' questions and requests regarding employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and more.

  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update our HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate and timely data.

  • Global Projects: Manage and contribute to global HR initiatives, such as engagement, training, and culture projects.

  • People Partnering: Collaborate with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive the people strategy.

  • New Hire Processing: Handle onboarding documentation, system setups, and introductory reviews for new hires.

  • Benefits and Payroll Support: Assist with benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and liaise with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary payments.

  • Administrative Duties: Create purchase orders, support benefits processing, and conduct audits to ensure GDPR compliance.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and practices.

  • Background Checks: Conduct and manage global background checks for new employees.


What We’re Looking For

  • Academic Excellence: An outstanding academic record from high school and preferably university.

  • HR Experience: Some experience in an entry-level HR or People team role is advantageous, especially within the technology sector.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.

  • Self-Motivation: Results-oriented with a focus on accuracy and a proactive attitude.

  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change with a willingness to take initiative.

  • Career Ambition: A strong desire to grow and develop within the HR field.

  • Travel Willingness: Ability to travel up to four times a year for internal events.
