We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to manage our recruitment cycle and HR operations. This role requires a passionate people person who can not only create a connection with the candidates but also ensure regular communication with the staff member to provide resolution to their queries.
The Executive P&C is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and event coordination.
Requirements
Reporting to the Manager P&C of Intelehealth, the Executive P&C will have the following
responsibilities:
Operations:
Provide administrative and support services to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Manage employee data and records, including probation reviews, payroll processing, and error resolution.
Coordinate vendor management, including negotiations and payments.
Manage logistics and arrangements for meetings and visitors.
Efficiently manage travel plans for employees, including booking flights, trains, and accommodations.
Oversee GMC management, including adding new employees and removing terminated employees.
Assist with planning and executing employee events and celebrations.
Generate various HR reports and analytics.
Support HR team in policy and compliance initiatives.
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new hires.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data.

Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
3-4 Years
Skills & Prior experience:
3-4 years of experience in HR administration and Talent Acquisition
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRMS systems and Google Suites
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with various sourcing techniques and hiring for all levels.
Understanding of referral programs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Well versed with MS office.
