The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) Scholarship is a scholarship program established in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn of Thailand. The scholarship aims to provide support to students from developing countries within the ASEAN region and beyond, enabling them to pursue advanced scientific research in the fields of Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Biology.
The Fully funded Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship is open for eligible international students to study in Thailand.
The CGI Scholarship is a fully-funded opportunity to pursue a postgraduate study in the institute for two years. It covers tuition and other academic fees, round trip airfare, visa fee, settlement and relocation allowances.
Beneficiaries will also be provided with accommodation, monthly stipend, book allowance, health insurance, and others necessary support during their period of study.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the CGI Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Be a citizen of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) or any other developing country.
Hold a Bachelor's degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 in one of the related fields.
Must have demonstrated English proficiency, preferably on one of two recognized tests of language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS).
Be under 30 years of age at the time of application.
Provide a statement of purpose explaining their interest in the program and how it aligns with their career goals.

Application Process
To apply for the Chulabhorn CGI scholarship, interested applicants should follow the procedures below;
Applicants should complete the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Post – Graduate scholarship Program’s application form
Attach the form with other supporting documents through the following channel:

Successful applicants will be notified of the outcome by the CGI around January 2025.
