Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions, ensuring a positive and professional company image is conveyed.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, and industry conferences.

3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends in e-commerce, IT services, and digital marketing, and leverage this information to develop new business opportunities.

4. Product Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations on our products and services, tailored to the needs of prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our CMS, domain, and e-commerce solutions.

5. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand and promote our offerings effectively, including the basics of Meta Ads and Google Ads, to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

6. Negotiation and Closing: Employ strong convincing skills to negotiate terms and close deals, contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.

7. Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve business strategies and report on business development activities and outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

1.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

2.    Professional and soft-spoken demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.

3.    Basic knowledge of IT-related concepts, including CMS and domain management.

4.    Understanding of e-commerce platforms and how they operate.

5.    Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.

6.    Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

8.    Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, IT, or related degree program.
