What You Will Do

The Tech Graduate Program offers an immersive 18-month experience across various teams, allowing you to:

  • Rotational Experience: Spend 6 months each in three different teams, gaining hands-on experience and learning different roles.

  • Impactful Projects: Contribute to developing new features and improvements, directly impacting our products and user experience.

  • Mentorship: Receive personal guidance from one of our founders with frequent one-on-one sessions.

We aim to build a versatile engineering team capable of tackling diverse technical challenges. The program will expose you to various aspects of our technical stack, from machine learning and mobile app development to infrastructure engineering.

  • Analytical Skills: A passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.

  • Tech Fluency: Comfort in technical environments with a curiosity about how things work. Data analysis skills are a plus.

  • Problem-Solving: A pragmatic and efficient approach to addressing problems.

  • Autonomy: Ability to independently manage complex projects from start to finish.

  • Efficiency: Proficiency with productivity tools and delivering projects on time.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying and correcting issues.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • 45-Minute Founders Interview: Discuss your fit with the founders.

  • Reference Calls: Confirm your background and qualifications.
