Your Role as an Executive Assistant Intern
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand, responsible for a range of executive support tasks:
Calendar Management: Handle an extremely busy calendar, ensuring that the CEO’s schedule is organized, followed, and respected. You’ll act as both a gatekeeper and gateway, optimizing access to the CEO’s time.
Communication Liaison: Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO, managing both internal and external communications with a high degree of professionalism.
Issue Management: Research, prioritize, and address incoming issues and concerns, including sensitive or confidential matters. Determine the best course of action or referral.
Bridge for Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust with senior management.
