What You Will Do
Our 18-month Business Graduate Program offers diverse and impactful experiences across multiple teams:
Rotational Learning: Spend 6 months each in three different teams, gaining hands-on experience in various roles.
Meaningful Projects: Engage in B2C and B2B projects, from bringing retailers onboard with our B2B team to managing complex data with the Data team.
Mentorship: Receive personal mentorship from one of our founders with regular one-on-one sessions.

Ideal candidates will possess:
Languages: Fluent in French (not required for Data / Business Operations / Product track) and English, both written and spoken.
Education: Graduating from a top-tier business or engineering school.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit, readiness for challenges, and a hands-on approach.
Analytical Skills: A passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.
Tech Fluency: Comfort with technical environments and curiosity about how things work. Data analysis skills are a plus.
Problem-Solving: Pragmatic and effective at solving problems swiftly.
Autonomy: Ability to manage complex projects independently.
Efficiency: Proficiency with productivity tools and delivering on time.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting and addressing issues.
